Profiler Preferences
1. Open the Preferences
dialog by selecting Window > Preferences
from the Eclipse menu.l
2. In the Preferences dialog, select Profiler
from the list.
3. Select one of preferences tabs:
Editors,
General,
Default Filters,
Profiling Filter Sets
or License.
Editors
You can use these options if you want to save column order, column sizes,
column sorting and filters in the CPU and memory views after closing the
snapshot viewer. The next time you open a snapshot it will retain the column order,
column sizes, column sorting and filters which were set in the previous
snapshot. These settings are saved even after terminating a profile session.
General
You
can change the default port, telemetry interval and sampling interval
here. You can also set the default CPU sampling or CPU BCI
profiling mode.
Use the following values for parameters:
Telemetry interval: 100 ms - 10,000 ms
Sampling interval: 1 ms -100 ms

You can change the default set of package and class filters here.
